Hi! I’m Joy.

(And my spooky sidekick, Jinx, who was named after Jinkx Monsoon.)

Even before I knew what music supervision was, I’ve been scoring scenes in my head from a young age: thinking in shots and sound, instinctively matching music to emotion.

My background in design and creative direction has sharpened my ability to think visually about music. I treat every cue as an integral part of the story, syncing tempo with edits, matching tone to lighting, and making sure lyrics fit the characters.

I’ve spent two decades delivering strong, resonant, visual work under pressure, and I’m bringing that same calm, fun, and resourceful approach to music supervision. Tight timelines, shifting needs, and budget constraints don’t faze me; they’re just part of solving the creative puzzle.

I’m excited to team up with filmmakers, showrunners, and producers who want their stories to sound as good as they look. Whether it’s a subtle cue or a full-on sonic feast, I’m here to help find the right flavor and serve up something that hits all the right notes.
